Darth Mauls return to the Star Wars universe was met with much controversy. The character had other actually come back a few times in the EU. Once as a clone who fought Darth Vader to the death because he saw him as an unworthy Sith Lord. Once as a personality PROXY used to fight his master Starkiller in FU1. This is the launch trailer for the game which first started airing yesterday, announcing its release in North America today. Resident Evil Revelations (otherwise known as Biohazard Revelations in Japan) is now available on XBox, Playstation 3, Wii U and PC. Oh pre-Marvel NOW Rick Remender, where for art thou? Once you were my favorite writer with titles like Venom and Uncanny X-Force knocking it out of the park each and every issue, you gave us fun and emotional stories, great character interaction and one of the most gut wrenching comic books I’ve ever read, so what the hell happened to you?! Long Beach Comic Con (LBCC) is securing its spot as my favorite convention!

LBCC has two shows, a one day event and smaller show in spring.  The other one is their big 3 day event in fall.

The photographer behind that epic image is my friend Gaunt.  I don’t remember how long I’ve known him but I remember  chatting with him on Spawn message boards.  He actually already released the image several months before it went viral.  Everyone on the boards was really impressed with it and congratulated him on his great work.

Fat Kid Rules the World (2012, recently available for rental/sale) is an unusual and sensitive film directed by actor Matthew Lillard.  The main character is Troy (Jacob Wysocki), an overweight and very likeable young man who  is dealing with the death of his mother, as well as common teen problems like finding friends and an identity.  These issues push him to occasional  thoughts of suicide.
