Okay so the last Wonder Woman TV show was dead on arrival. A sure sign the project was in trouble before it even started was all the outcry over the costume. Then came the set photos of a decked out Wonder Woman running through the streets – yikes.

Now that TDKR has passed the 1 billion mark in theaters, we now look onto the long rumored director’s cut of the film. It has been rumored that this even longer version of the 2

hour 45 minute epic will contain scenes of Bane’s true origin along with scenes of him training with the League similar to Bruce in Begins.

It will also show us how his mask evolved and will feature more scenes with Ras Al Ghul to further expand on his back story, it is also reported that this version will be about 30 minutes or so longer than the theatrical cut …

Yes I’m back for another review and this time its off the first volume of Winter Soldier by Ed Brubaker and Butch Guice.  Now Brubaker is single handedly the man that made me love Captain America.  His work on the character has been interesting but none of it would be possible if not for Bucky Barnes AKA Winter Soldier AKA my new favorite Marvel character.

As some of you know from my short lived weekly comic review articles, I was not a fan of the Spider-Man books at the time and for the most part im still not!

In the past week, controversial artist/writer Rob Leifeld, who had been working on Deathstroke, Grifter and Savage Hawkman, officially quit DC citing creative issues he was having with his editors. He then openly criticized some major players at DC and Marvel including Batman writer Scott Snyder and the Senior VP of Publishing at Marvel Tom Brevoort; even going as far as calling associate editor Brian Smith a “little bitch” and a “big dick.” Leifeld has now been dubbed the “Charlie Sheen of comics” after he publicly asserted that Marvel VP Tom Brevoort is a “loser fat ass” on Twitter.

It looks disappointing. It feels nothing like Frank Miller’s work. Miller’s Batman has always been gritty, both the story and the artwork. Here, we get the opposite. The art looks dull, and the overall feel of the animation is the same as the rest.

In another surprising news from DC, Superman will hook up with Wonder Woman.  This is bad news for Supes long time love, Lois Lane.  The big 3 of DC are Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.  When they’re together, there’s always sexual tension between Bats and the Amazonian, Diana.  Superman is always portrayed as naive and treats Wonder Woman as his equal.  I always thought Bat would hook up first with Wonder Woman.
