Details are beginning to surface on the new trailer that will be attached to IRON MAN 2 for an upcoming JJ Abrams Project.  Many speculate that the trailer my be similar to last years 1-18-08 trailer for Cloverfield.  Super 8 is actually an  improvement on the film format 8mm it was released in 1965.   My guess is that the film will be represented in this style, but what is it?

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is easily one of the most interesting and engaging young actors in Hollywood. Doing mostly independent movies (while occasionally throwing in blockbusters like GI Joe and Chris Nolan’s eagerly anticipated summer movie Inception), Levitt has established himself as an actor worth watching. Uncertainty is certainly no classic, but it’s an entertaining piece of fate vs reality cinema that will appeal to fans of Run Lola Run and is a fun exercise in choice vs consequences.

News has surfaced that Directors J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg are teaming together for an Untitled Project.  There is no word of what the story will be about or when filming will begin or what Steven Spielberg’s involvement will be in the project.  So pretty much we can only speculate that something might be filmed, that might involve Steven Spielberg, and eventually might come out.

Pixar is beginning to turn the gears on their viral marketing machine for Toy Story 3. Two Youtube videos have just surfaced with fake commercials for the Lots-o-Huggin’ Bear, one of the new characters that will be featured in the new film.

One of the reasons why I love Pixar is when they do something they look at it from every possible angle.  Their attention to detail is what makes them stand out from all other animation studios and these commercials are no exception.

The rumor mill has pumped out some delicious speculations on the details of the sequel to James Cameron’s AVATAR.  Weta Digital, the effects team behind Lord of the Rings, District 9, and the first AVATAR film has shared some details on the upcoming sequel:

“Pandora has a lot of shit coming its way. Break out the space marines, looks like some bugs need a stomping.”
