Our long national nightmare is over! Daria has been released on DVD. The instantly addictive, smart, and funny series was broadcast on MTV back in 1997 and ran for five glorious seasons. It also spawned two terrific longer movies, “Is It Fall Yet” and “Is It College Yet”. The latter was used to close out the series and is basically the final episode. Capcom knows how to party. With a huge studio filled with SSF IV kiosks, contests, giveaways, legendary Street Fighter players, pizza, drinks and cosplayers, thousands of fans gathered to a studio in the middle of a Glendale neighborhood where you had to park on the curb of a residential neighborhood, just like going to a house party.

There was a photo booth where you can be digitally inserted into a Street Fighter 4 background and a booth where you can get your makeup done…no, not to look pretty, but to get some cool scars.

After finding out that Silvain White was directing the Losers, the only thing that popped into my mind was Chris Evans, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Zoe Saldana stomping the yard. As you can tell, Stomp the Yard and its ridiculous title made my eyes roll, only second to You Got Served (I did like the dance sequences). Happy 420 everyone, I though it would be fun to list some of my favorite stoner movies of all time. What makes a good stoner movie? First of all, there has to be pot.  Then there needs be some sort of story, and above all it’s got to be funny while high.
