Before I review the movie, let me tell you that I am not a big Transformers’ fan. I never collected the figures, never watched the series but enjoyed the animated movie.

Although Circuit City stores have crappy service with employees socializing amongst themselves and not helping you out, there e-commerce is a different creature. About 5 weeks ago, the store listed the Matrix Trilogy HD-DVD for $19.99, the retail price? $99.99 . I knew it was an error and placed an order. The total with standard shipping was $22.49. I was hoping they would ship the set but didn’t count on it. DVDtalk and AVSforum members were posting that Circuit City did indeed ship their sets, it gave me more hope.

There are 2 main important thing for me to be a Spartan. The 1st one is the body(still working on that one =P), and the outfit. It’s jam time for me since Anime Expo is in one more week. A Spartan is no Spartan without his gear. Each Spartan back then built their own armor and each would have their own unique style to it. The most coolest thing about a Spartan would have to be the helm.
I started off with cardboard to shape the helm.
Coated it with fiberglass for toughness.
Covered it with Apoxie Sculpt for texture.

I’m really looking forward to this card. Unlike the last UFC event, this event has potential to deliver exciting fights. Furthermore, some of the matches are evenly matched. The event will be held tomorrow, 6/22/07. Keep in mind that the undercard will be shown on Showtime for free at 5p/8e, while the last 4 fights will be shown on PPV for $35 at 7p/10e. In 2005, a smash hit vampire/horror/action/melodrama called Night Watch came over from Russia and became a minor cult film.
